The hydraulic semi-automatic horizontal baler is designed for continuous and efficient compression of recyclable materials. The machine adopts a horizontal baling structure and hydraulic compression system, enabling large-volume materials to be compressed into high-density bales.

Materials are fed manually or by conveyor into the compression chamber. After reaching the preset bale length or pressure, the machine automatically compresses the material, while bale tying is completed manually. The finished bale is then pushed out continuously for convenient handling and transportation.

Compared with vertical balers, the semi-automatic horizontal baler offers higher processing capacity, improved efficiency, lower labor intensity, and better suitability for continuous operation.
