Machine Introduction
The granulator is designed for efficient fine crushing and granulation of recyclable materials. The machine uses a high-speed rotating rotor equipped with multiple moving knives, which work together with fixed stator knives to cut materials into uniform particles.
Materials are fed into the crushing chamber and repeatedly cut until they become small enough to pass through the screen mesh beneath the rotor. The screen size can be customized according to the required final particle size.
With its compact structure, high-speed cutting system, and optimized blade arrangement, the granulator delivers high output efficiency, consistent particle size, and stable operation. It is an ideal solution for recycling lines requiring precise and uniform material granulation.
