Machine Introduction
The hydraulic fully automatic horizontal baler is a high-efficiency baling system designed for continuous automatic operation. The machine integrates automatic feeding, hydraulic compression, automatic bale tying, and continuous bale discharge into one complete system.
Materials are fed into the compression chamber through conveyor systems or air conveying systems. The hydraulic ram continuously compresses the materials into dense bales. Once the preset bale length or pressure is reached, the machine automatically completes bale tying and discharges the finished bale without manual intervention.
Compared with semi-automatic balers, the fully automatic horizontal baler significantly improves productivity, reduces labor requirements, ensures stable bale quality, and is highly suitable for large-volume recycling applications operating continuously.
