Machine Introduction
The hydraulic horizontal bagging baler is a continuous compression system designed to compact loose materials directly into bags. The machine uses a hydraulic ram to compress materials inside the horizontal chamber, while the compressed materials are automatically packed into bags for convenient handling and transportation.
Materials can be fed manually, by conveyor, or through air conveying systems. During operation, the hydraulic system continuously compresses the materials into dense bagged blocks. Compared with traditional tying balers, the bagging baler offers simpler operation and is especially suitable for fluffy, lightweight, or irregular materials.
With its compact structure, stable hydraulic performance, and efficient continuous operation, the machine significantly reduces material volume and improves transportation efficiency.
