Machine Introduction
The single-shaft shredder is designed for efficient size reduction of various solid waste materials. The machine is driven by an electric motor connected to a gearbox through V-belts, delivering high torque and stable performance at medium-to-low speeds.
During operation, the rotating rotor knives work together with the fixed stator knives to tear, cut, and shred materials into smaller pieces. A screen installed beneath the rotor controls the final output size. Materials that do not meet the required size are automatically recirculated for further shredding.
With its robust structure, intelligent hydraulic pushing system, and wear-resistant blades, the machine provides stable operation, low noise, high efficiency, and long service life. It is especially suitable for processing bulky, tough, or irregular materials.
